Description
Under the direction of the Information Technology (IT) manager, the IT Support Technician is responsible for assisting with maintaining daily operations of the company staff.
Responsibilities
- Provides support for company software users
- Performs IT services
- Performs IT equipment provisioning, troubleshooting and repair
- Administers server management
- Troubleshoots various network and cloud issues
Qualifications
- Two or four-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Two to four years of proven working experience
- Thorough knowledge of internet protocol and basic networking principles
- Strong English communication skills and customer service orientation;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of Microsoft server administration
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS and MS Teams
